Discount of £70.00 for 2 continuous weeks booked in July and August.
Discount of 5% for only 2 guests renting the cottage excluding high season weeks at Easter, May 26th and all of July and August.
Discount of £60.00 for 2 continuous weeks booked in July and August
Discount of £50.00 for 2 continuous weeks booked in July and August.
There is a charge for extra guests, see tariff. This includes babies.
Provisional bookings are kept for 5 days and are confirmed on receipt of your deposit (25% of the total amount) and a signed rental agreement.
The final balance is to be received at least four weeks prior to arrival.
Winter prices are same as end October
We do let for long weekends but only if a cottage is free close to the date in question.Please ring or email Miranda to find out.
Up to 2 dogs, free of charge, but over 2 dogs £15.00 per week per extra dog. This is left in the cottage for the caretaker who cleans.
Linen, if required, is £18.50 per person per week and the beds are made up for your arrival. Bath towels included.
Meadow Cottage – linen, including bath towels, is included in the price
Arrival after 3.00pm and departure by 10.00am.
Gas, oil and electricity are not included in the rent. The meters are read at the start and end of the holiday and guests pay their account before leaving. The rate is the same as charged by the utility company. All the cottages have central heating except Lavender which has off-peak heating and electric fires.
We ask our guests to leave the cottages as clean and tidy as possible at the end of the stay, certainly not a spring clean, but saucepans cleaned, oven wiped and carpets hoovered.
